The Autonomic Nervous System is the branch of our nervous system that we're NOT aware of on a moment-to-moment basis.


  • It regulates involuntary functions throughout our body such as blood pressure, heart rate, breathing, digestion and sexual arousal. We don't have to "think" about these functions in order for them to happen. But these functions are essential for our survival!
  • It is comprised of the Sympathetic, Parasympathetic and Enteric systems.
    • The Sympathetic Nervous System presides over our fight-flight-or-freeze response.
    • The Parasympathetic Nervous System presides over our rest-and-digest functions.
    • The Enteric Nervous System resides in the gut and communicates with our brain via the Vagus nerve. It is what we often refer to as our gut brain, or the brain in the gut.

Time in Nature can be as simple as a walk around the neighborhood, back yard time, deck or balcony time, sit under a tree or on a park bench and BREATHE.

Central Brain Clock

  • All processes in our body are governed by a central biological clock in our brains, called the Suprachiasmatic Nucleus (SCN for short).


  • This central biological clock evolved to be in sync with the earth's 24hr light-dark cycle and it sends information regarding the time of day and the amount of light in the environment to all the smaller clocks that live in each organ and each cell in our bodies.


  • Disruptions in the body clocks (also known as circadian disruption) are at the foundation of all disease.


  • Unless we "get our light right", no amount of clean food, supplements, diets, or exercise will solve what's ailing us.

Nourish Your Body Water

When we think about nourishing our body water, it might help to think in terms of

"gathering electrons".

We are 70% water. This water inside us is different than the water we drink (H2O).

Our Body Water is semi-liquid/semi-crystalline in nature and it's molecular structure is H3O2. This means it is negatively charged. This negatively-charged water lines all our organs, blood vessels , nerves and bone structures, cells, intracellular organelles, molecules, amino acids, DNA, etc. The more H3O2 water, the thicker the negative barrier (a.k.a. exclusion zone, or EZ), resulting in less inflammation and better overall functioning of our bodies.

Nourish Your Mitochondria

Mitochondria are the powerful engine in our cells that burns the electrons from the food we eat to produce energy in the form of ATP.

The better mitochondria are working, the more ATP they produce, leading to more energy, which results in optimal thinking, creating, digesting, and even sleeping!


In addition to ATP, and arguably more important than ATP, mitochondria produce deuterium-depleted water and infrared heat/energy.

Water and IR heat work together to build fourth phase water in the cell, thus maintaining a steady supply of "biological wifi" for the body to receive and communicate light code throughout. This leads to health and longevity.
