Nourish Your Body Water
When we think about nourishing our body water, it might help to think in terms of
"gathering electrons".
We are 70% water. This water inside us is different than the water we drink (H2O).
Our Body Water is semi-liquid/semi-crystalline in nature and it's molecular structure is H3O2. This means it is negatively charged. This negatively-charged water lines all our organs, blood vessels , nerves and bone structures, cells, intracellular organelles, molecules, amino acids, DNA, etc. The more H3O2 water, the thicker the negative barrier (a.k.a. exclusion zone, or EZ), resulting in less inflammation and better overall functioning of our bodies.

Nourish Your Mitochondria
Mitochondria are the powerful engine in our cells that burns the electrons from the food we eat to produce energy in the form of ATP.
The better mitochondria are working, the more ATP they produce, leading to more energy, which results in optimal thinking, creating, digesting, and even sleeping!
In addition to ATP, and arguably more important than ATP, mitochondria produce deuterium-depleted water and infrared heat/energy.
